Igniting the LionHeart

Igniting the LionHeart program
One week intensive training to spark and kindle LionHeartedness™ in emerging youth leaders.
Held 2x annually by the Leadership Academy in the heart of White Lion ancestral territories.
The training is intense, focused and experiential, a unique resilience training based on the wisdom of an ancient Lion-Human contract of co-governance that defines true leadership today.
Allowing modern-day participants to dig deep in applying leading-edge technologies in a heart-centered way, LionHearted Leadership™ is based on 13 timeless laws of the apex animal in the ecosystem, whose good governance is our inspiration.
Igniting LionHearteness in humanity, the training accelerates and clarifies the progression path of their lives.
Typically, a course would include riverine walks, lion patrols, a sleep out under the stars, “story-telling” your unique leadership narrative, guarding the flame and other heart-activating experiences, all based on the 13 Laws of LionHearted Leadership™ to equip next-generation leaders with the millennial tool-kit to transform their world.
*Available for youth
* The Ignition is an ideal “sparky” introduction to the deep Initiatory training offered at The White Lion Leadership Academy
